If you make a room booking with a rental start date between 10.11.2021 and 31.12.2021 for the Nido Güntz Studios in Dresden via our online reservation system, we will waive the 2nd month’s rent. Also valid for rebookers if the tenant agreement is until the 30.09.2022

 

HOW TO GET ONE MONTH’S RENT FREE:

A waiver of your second month’s rent is only valid once the rental contract has been signed, the one-off service fee, deposit and the first month’s rent have been transferred to the relevant account.

The offer is limited and valid for all room categories according to availability.

  • Valid for bookings made via the Nido Student online reservation system, for a rental period starting between 15/11/2021 and 15/04/2022 at the Nido Güntz Studios or the Nido Dresden subject to availability.
  • Valid for all bookings from 10.11.2021 up to and including 31.12.2021.
  • Valid for all room categories. Therefore, the offer is limited as only a certain contingent per category is available.
  • The monthly rent waived refers to the second month’s rent you would save through these promotions.
  • Nido Student reserves the right to terminate, change or extend this promotion at any time.
  • A waiver of your second month’s rent is only valid once the rental agreement has been signed, the one-time service fee, security deposit as well as the first month’s rent has been transferred to the appropriate account.
  • If the person cancels the booking within the 14-day cancellation period, this promotion does not apply.
