Our Garden Studios offer you a wide selection of rooms and apartments and are equipped with all the comforts you need for your new home. We offer a large selection of room sizes, starting from €799 per month.

Facilities

All rooms at Garden Studios come fully furnished ready for you to move straight in, each room also has its own ensuite shower room and kitchen area. You’ll also have a comfy bed, study desk, wardrobe with mirror and some well-placed plug sockets. You’ll have everything to need to make the most of student life in Berlin.

Exciting news, we are working on new community spaces for Garden Studios! In the near future we will be opening a brand new common space with your own cinema, a laundry room with foosball table and a new study room, to bring our community together. Additionally you will have access to new outdoor areas and your own basketball court
