From Dresden to Bochum, Kiel to Stuttgart and now, Munich! Nido has finally arrived in the south of Germany and is looking forward to becoming part of the vibrant community in this Bavarian capital! Our Alp Studios, previously known as “Campus Südseite”, are just 20 minutes away from the city center and offers you a great view of the Alps – directly from our roof terrace.

Our Alp Studios will offer fully furnished modern apartments up to 30m² and some come with balconies. There are shared washing machines on every floor and you can study or make new friends in our social and study spaces. We have TV lounges on each floor, a fitness room, a party room and a games room as well as study space.

If you need a break from studying, you can experience our virtual events with the high-speed WiFi or take a walk in the nearby Südpark. Regardless of whether you are studying, doing an internship or an apprenticeship, our short-term or long-term all-inclusive rental contracts give you full flexibility.

We look forward to meeting you, we’d love to show you around your new home. Our residence team is available at the residence each day and will always be there for you – live with us and become part of a great community in Munich.

Rooms and prices

All our apartments in Alp Studios are spacious, with sizes between 19 m2 and 30 m2, plus some room types are available with a balcony. All rooms are ensuite, and each has a study area with a desk, chair and storage, as well as a comfy bed and a large built-in wardrobe. The kitchenettes are also in room and are equipped with a refrigerator, 2-ring hob, oven and sink, so you can keep your space just the way you like it. There are washing machines and drying rooms on each floor. All rooms come with high-speed internet, which is included in your rent. Your rent is all-inclusive so there are no extra costs for electricity and water.

Munich Neighbourhood

Munich, also known as the “Star of the South”, is a buzzing metropolis with a rural charm. It’s not just a great place to live, but you can also study at the best universities in Europe. Alp Studios are the perfect place to make the most of student life in the city. Obersendling is one of the up-and-coming districts of Munich so it’s really popular with students and the Isar River with its picturesque banks can also be reached on foot in just a few minutes.

All of our dishes are prepared with fresh products from farmers in the region. They’re perfect for lunch breaks or late night cravings! All of their dishes can of course also be ordered to take away.

Englischer Garten

The Englischer Garten is a large public park in the center of Munich, stretching from the city center to the northeastern city edges. This park is a perfect place to have long walks and enjoy nature during your study breaks. You can reach the Englischer Garten by bike in less than 30 minutes from Alp Studios.

Flaucher

Flaucher is the famous park on the Isar River with lawns, waterfront paths, areas for grilling & a beer garden. Enjoy this magical place which you can reach by bike in less than 15 minutes from Alp Studios.
