Nido Student is coming soon for a second time to this vibrant metropolis. You can look forward to modern apartments for young people, centrally located, about 10-minutes by bike from Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences and only a few minutes from the main train station.

This Nido will offer fully furnished apartments for short and long-term stays. Each apartment will be fully equipped with all the comforts you need including your own bathroom so you can keep things just the way you like them. Each room comes with a comfy bed, study desk, smart storage and a wardrobe with mirror, most have their own kitchenette and some have a shared kitchen instead.

If you’re looking for a place to stay with friends or make new ones then Nido Stuttgart is perfect for you, with a range of social and study spaces you can live your best student life. Nido Stuttgart has a gym, a cinema room, a games room, a study room and a large common room with TV lounge, so you’ll never be short of the perfect space to study or chill out.

With sizes between 12 m2 and 28 m2, these apartments are spacious and some even come with a balcony. There is a wide variety of layout options, so you can choose a room that is perfect for you. All rooms are ensuite, have a desk area and chair for studying, as well as a comfy bed and a large wardrobe. Many of the room categories are ideal for living with friends, siblings or as a couple in Stuttgart. With flexible rental periods and special featured like a Smart TV and Nespresso machine if you book as a young professional, these rooms won't be around for long! All rooms come with high-speed internet, which is included in your rent. Your rent is all-inclusive so there are no extra costs for electricity and water.
