HOW IT WORKS:

All recommendations that lead to a booking via our booking system for a room in the Dresden Studios Güntz Studios or Nido Dresden with a start date between 15.11.2021 and 15.04.2022, which were made in the promotional period between 10.11.2021 and 31.12.2021, will be entitled to an Amazon voucher in the amount of 100 EUR, provided that the recommended person does not cancel the booking made within the 14-day cancellation period.

Terms & conditions for the 100 EUR AMAZON VOUCHER FOR YOUR RECOMMENDATION promotion:

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

  • The promotion period is from 10.11.2021 to 31.12.2021
  • The person completing the booking must be a new tenant and must complete it in full for a tenancy commencing between 15.11.2021 and 15.04.2022 within the promotional period.
  • The promotion is only valid for fully completed bookings via the Nido Student online reservation system for a room, studio or flat and depending on availability for one of the houses Güntz Studios or Nido Dresden.
  • A booking is fully completed when the new tenant signs the rental contract according to the aforementioned conditions within the promotion period, verifiably pays the one-time service fee, the deposit as well as the first month’s rent to the corresponding account and all required documents (identity card, enrolment certificate/employment contract, signed SEPA mandate) must be uploaded to the online reservation system for this purpose.
  • The Amazon voucher, in the amount of 100 EUR, is a one-time expense and will be handed over to the person who signs a new rental contract with us.
  • This offer is limited in time and applies to all available room categories.
  • Nido Student reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion at any time.
  • The Amazon voucher will be handed over after the 14-day cancellation period has expired and at the latest after the first month of rental.
  • If the person cancels the booking within the 14-day cancellation period, the promotion does not apply.
  • If all conditions are met, the Amazon voucher will be sent to the relevant person by email.
